  • Once you've added all items, proceed to checkout, enter your shipping details, and complete the payment.

2. What payment methods do you accept?

  • We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards, net banking, UPI, and cash on delivery (COD), depending on your location.

3. Can I modify or cancel my order?

  • Orders can be modified or canceled only before product dispatching. Once dispatched it cannot be modified. Please contact our customer support immediately at trexsitamarhi@gmail.com for assistance.

4. Do you offer gift wrapping?

  • Yes, we offer gift wrapping services for an additional charge. You can select this option during checkout.

5. How can I track my order?

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email/whatsapp to monitor your shipment.
