1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Sunday except local store holidays).

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

  • Currently we offer only standard shipping options or local pickup option.
  • Estimated delivery time for
    • Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days
  • Delivery times may vary based on the destination and courier availability.

    3. Shipping Charges

    • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location, package weight/size or order value.
    • Free standard shipping on orders over ₹999.

    4. Order Tracking

    • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email/whatsapp to monitor your shipment.

    5. Delivery Responsibility

    • Once the order is handed over to the courier, we are not responsible for any delays, damages, or losses during transit. Please contact the courier service directly for such issues.

    6. Address Changes

    • Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of order placement. We cannot accommodate address changes once the order has been dispatched.

    7. Undeliverable Packages

    • If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address, recipient unavailability, or refusal to accept the package, re-delivery will only be processed once the reshipping fees are paid.

    8. International Shipping

    • Currently, we only offer domestic shipping within India.
